Through the beautiful estate of Castle Staverden you come to a beautiful white coach house. Behind the large arches through which the carriages used to pass is now a bright room full of enormous beer kettles. The brewmaster is already waiting to lead you to the heart of the brewery. How contagious is his enthusiasm for the brewing process!
In the stables
During the tour you will see water, yeast, grain and hops turn into beer and learn everything about the artisanal brewing process. Only De Uddelaer's own recipes remain secret. It makes you extra curious, so it's time to taste it. This can be done right next to the large beer kettles, folded down on a comfortable couch or at a table in one of the stables. Such a unique place makes the tour and beer tasting even more special.
